Advocate Mwihaki Linda Nginya

Mwihaki is the founder and partner at L. Mwihaki & Associates Advocates.

 

Education

Advocate Mwihaki attended The Catholic University of Eastern Africa and attained a Bachelor of Laws – LLB, Law  in the year 2009.

She also went to the University of Nairobi to pursue a course on in Criminology and Social Order, Criminal Justice and Sociology, She successfully completed this diploma course in the year 2005.

She was admitted to the bar with a Postgraduate Diploma in law after succesfully graduating from the Kenya School of Law in the year 2011

Linda is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Kenya with a Certificate in Mediation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, 2017 – 2017
